You will choose your own 3 fitness goals, and use a journal to keep track of your journey. All programs are FREE to anyone and all are welcome! Chair Fitness Classes are ending on March 31st. Yoga classes with Bonnie are starting March 12th. The program kick-off date was Thursday, March 20th, but you can still visit the library to register and receive a health journal and an insulated travel bag.
