The Bridgeville Public Library is proud to feature “Recent Landscapes of Thomas Stapleton” as October’s art display in the reading lounge area. A resident of Bridgeville, Mr. Stapleton came from Mountain Top, PA where he taught art for 35 years in the pubic school system. He also taught at several Universities in the same area in a span of 22 years as an adjunct professor. He has exhibited paintings in several Pennsylvania galleries and restaurants. Since his retirement, he enjoys looking for new ways to interpret landscapes, particularly through plein-air painting.

Imagineering Club

Wednesdays from 3:30-5pm - We are a group of teens that meet at the Bridgeville Library each Wednesday. We have fun learning about electronics, computer programming, 3D printers, robotics and other engineering skills in a hands-on lab setting. Join us as we learn about wiring and programming using Arduino micro-controllers, how to design objects in 3D CAD, and how to use 3D printers to make the objects we design. As we gain experience, we are making individual and group projects using what we have learned.
