Community Bridge to Wellness
Our Community Bridge to Wellness program is almost over but we are still offering yoga sessions, online yoga, a “Drums Alive” class, a certified community health worker for counseling, the Health2Go Mobile Unit visits, and a “Library of Things” (exercise equipment to check out). The last day to participate in the program is Wednesday, December 10th. See flyers for details. We will celebrate your success on Thursday, December 18th at the “Let’s Celebrate” event from 6-8pm at the library. We will pull the winning tickets then and enjoy a light healthy meal.
