Join the library on our "Let's Get Moving-Happy Healthy Lifestyle" program, provided by a partnership with Sussex County Health Coalition. For the months of April, May, and June, we will be providing exercise classes, tumbling sessions, health and wellness coaching, Gentle Yoga and more. The program is open to individuals and/or families (you can even register for both) and it is free. Stop in the library for a registration form.

Friends of the Bridgeville Library Annual Meeting
Join us at the library for The Friends of the Bridgeville Library's annual meeting on Saturday, June 17th from 12-2pm. We will induct our new officers, tour the library and enjoy a light lunch. Please consider inviting friends, family, and neighbors along to join us, both for the event and for our membership. A table will be available for renewing and new Friends memberships. Story Book Corner for the Summer Reading Program will be on Wednesdays @ 10am for all ages. The theme will be Friendship. On Tuesdays @ 10am, we will have a Kids Craft Day for all ages. We will also have an "In-House" craft every two weeks. Please see the flyers for details.

The Bridgeville Library is offering Gentle Yoga to uplift your mind, body, and spirit. Bonnie Russell, with Ananda Yoga will be at the library on Saturdays at 8:30am through June 24th (some classes will be on Fridays). These classes are part of our “Let’s Get Moving-Happy Healthy Lifestyle” program brought to you by the Sussex County Health Coalition’s “Let’s Get Healthy” initiative. All are welcome and classes are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own mat. The "Your Bridge to the World" Book Discussion is on Saturday, June 24th from 11am-1pm. We will discuss the book "Plaid and Plagiarism" by Molly MacRae followed by a variety of Scottish Cuisine. The book is available on the Hoopla or the Libby app. Registration is required. Adult Craft Night for June is FULL!!

Tween/Teen Programming
Join us with Ms. Hilary for our Teen and Tween Craft on Thursday, June 8th. We have flowered stepping stones for the garden to paint. They are 11" round. There are 3 times to choose from: 11am, 2pm and 5pm. Registration is required. However, you must call the library to request a time and which flowered stone you want (if available). The pictures of the stones are included.

Juneteenth Celebration
The Cornerstone Community Center and the Bridgeville Public Library are partnering to celebrate Juneteenth on Monday, June 19th starting at 4pm. Join us in the library parking lot for music, food, vendors, activities, performances, face painting, moon bounces and giveaways. It is FREE and open to the public.
